RASSP DFT Methodology and TSD Implementation


TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES
  • Develop a DFT methodology which embeds DFT features into a project and uses these features to support testing throughout the complete life cycle
  • Develop test strategy diagram (TSD) scheme to implement requirements, allocations and conformance reporting through all levels of packaging hierarchy for all RASSP design phases

RESULTS
Generation and documentation of a standard DFT Methodology RASSP DFT Methodology V1.0 - 9/95
Development of EXCEL-based TSD system and application to BM3 Shadow Program to the AN/UYS-2A FPCTL board (BM3 Shadow Report) - 12/96
DFT Methodology accepted as baseline methodology for AM3 Program - 8/97
DFT Methodology and Test Strategy Diagram support available from Self Test Servuces
