We developed CyberXpress for the Defense Research Projects Agency's Joint Logistics Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration. Our technology applies intelligent-agent technologies that enable transparent, mediated access to military and commercial data sources and tools for logistics applications. The heart of CyberXpress is an intelligent-agent-based middleware that provides key information push-and-pull technology to meet operational requirements across an entire spectrum of logistics decision-support tools—from planning to execution monitoring. CyberXpress integrates the Global Combat Support System and the Next-Generation Information Infrastructure Composable Data Services components. It complies with the standards of the Defense Information Infrastructure Center of Excellence.
